WILTS & BERKS CANAL TRUST

It is planned that on the 1st May 2010 there will be a formal opening of the Moredon Section of the canal in Swindon.

The event will start at 11am and will commence from the car park in Cheney Manor Trading Estate (this car park is opposite the garden centre near Akers Way). We are planning to walk the newly-created section and then if people wish to they can continue along the section at Mouldon Hill to the aqueduct, cross the canal and visit the lake, returning along the old Cricklade Railway track.
