Use Coate in Canal scheme

Use coate canal schemeA reader propses a canal using the water courses of the Rivers Wey & Cole, even including Coate water in the route. An eventual full restoration would benefit if linked east-west by a southern route round Swindon. He does not favour the Swindon Cricklade route.
