 A report that the Wilts & Berks Canal trust is offering a free trip to see benefits of other canal schemes. The Trust plans completion by 2025 with or without Swindon. The whole canal is projected to bring in at least £8m a year from tourism. it was thought by some Trust members that the thought of the canal as 'the rubbish tip' affected people's views.
