Swindon Volunteers Complete Refencing Around the Landing Stage

A team of dedicated work party volunteers have completed re-fencing around the Landing Stage at Waitrose.

This was more difficult than first planned as a large area around the fencing has a concrete base, so a lot of power tools and time was needed.  In partnership with Waitrose, we are keeping the area to a good standard. Volunteers even completed litter cleans during the work.

Our volunteers really enjoy the variety of task that comes up over the year, from hedging, bank renovation, strimming, planting, path repairs and more general litter picks etc.
All keeping people active and working together in a friendly environment.

If you would be interested in volunteering anywhere along our 70 miles email: Info@wbct.org.uk
