West Vale Branch

West Vale Branch held an Extraordinary General Meeting recently at which two of the very long-standing members of the branch, Graham Banks and Alan Norris, stood down from their roles of Chairman/Treasurer and Work Party Organiser respectively, (but they are not hanging up their muddy boots).

Underwood Trust funds Bee Route at RWB

The Underwood Trust has been a long-standing benefactor of the work of the Wilts & Berks Canal Trust. This year it asked us to devise a plan for a Bee Route at Royal Wootton Bassett. We duly produced a plan and applied for a £25,000 grant for this project.

WBCT’s need to have owner’s permission to work on private land
