Restoration Restarts, Chief Engineer joins the Trust

Lockdown has curtailed our ability to get on with our principal activities, restoration and engagement with our local communities. We have used this period of marking time to do a complete review of our objectives in both sectors and recruit new people to head up the work

On the restoration engineering front we have a new leader. Jonathan Coates BEng MICE. Jonathan has assembled a team to review our list of stalled projects and recast it to produce the maximum amount of public benefit in the coming months and years. Jonathan has over 40 years experience in civil engineering and construction projects, he is also a narrowboat owner and enthusiast.
