The West Vale Wanderers triumphed and That Sinking Feeling got that sinking feeling at the Swindon Branch’s successful quiz night on Thursday 18th April.

An evening of great fun was had by all and our thanks to everyone who attended, donated and bought tombola tickets.

Cheers to quizmaster Peggy-Sue for organising, Chris and Liz for a superb tombola and Arkell’s pub The Manor, Cheney Manor Road, for hosting us and providing an absolutely wonderful buffet.

We made a profit of £297, which will be used on resources for the new compound at Wichelstowe.

The next Swindon quiz night will be mid-summer.
