The Trust is looking to increase our commercial operations resource with a new role: Commercial Operations Administrator.
The Administrator will be involved in researching and recommending for purchase merchandising items which will be sold on the Trust web shop, in our Swindon Information Centre and at events. They will also be closely involved in the advertising sales process.
Responsibilities will include:
processing web shop sales from product selection, sales order and through to delivery.
developing and monitoring stock control systems.
contacting prospective advertisers and sponsors of Dragonfly magazine to sell advertising space.
liaison with Editorial and production editing teams, Finance team, Information Centre and Branch event teams.
reporting to Commercial Operations Exec Manager and Head of Communications.
assisting in the development of other sales and income strategies including development of direct sales.
We are looking for someone who has had retail or commercial experience, and will be able to bring these skills to help the Trust develop essential commercial income streams.
