Annual General Meeting 17th October 2020

Circumstances have conspired this year to prevent the Trust running the usual AGM hosted by one of our branches. This year’s AGM was supposed to take place at Royal Wootton Bassett but alas in planning for this year we have had to consider the current Covid 19 situation and the safety of our members. We hope therefore to resume normal service in 2021 and visit Royal Wootton Bassett branch as intended.
This year we will therefore run the Annual General Meeting by way of a webinar.
The number of members who may want to participate in the AGM makes it impractical to operate a web conference so the AGM will be streamed on our YouTube channel. Questions and votes will have been received before the meeting and these will be used for the elections and the Open Forum section.
