The Trust has a number of vacancies in both the central organisation and the branches:

 Trustees  4  Public advocacy expert, Legal expert, Canals expert, Events expert. Accountable to members and Charity Commission
 Deputy CEO  1  Reports to CEO and shares workload, is included in succession planning
 Health & Safety Manager  1  Reports to CEO and manages Health & Safety policy and compliance at all levels in the Trust
 Programmes manager  1  Reports to CEO, drives and maintains an overview of programme progress in all branches
 Branch Chairs  3  Report to CEO, drive all activity in the geographic branches of the Trust.
 Branch fundraisers  5  Report to Branch Chairs, undertake local fundraising for expenses and small projects up to £20K
 Branch Secretaries  2  Assist Branch Chairs with admin and secretarial duties. West Vale, East Vale
 Branch Health & Safety Officers  5  Report to Health & Safety Manager, responsible for Health & Safety compliance within the branches.
 Branch Project Managers  5  Report to Programme Manager for the delivery of projects, MCC, RWB, Swindon, West Vale, East Vale
 Branch Work Party Organiser  5  Recruitment of younger generation WPOs to assist elderly incumbents where necessary/appropriate
 Insurance Specialist 1  Reports to Head of Finance, responsible for insurance policies, premium payments and claims processing
