Return of the Work Parties

Good news! The Trust's Work Parties may now resume operating, subject to conditions laid down by the Trustees and emailed to all Trust members today. These conditions include a Covid risk assessment to be submitted to our Health & Safety Officer beforehand and approved, compliance with National Covid guidelines in force at the time, & if on a towpath open to the public, it should be closed while work is taking place. All participation is voluntary & subject to a signed statement of fitness. This photo was taken in pre-Covid times, but illustrates the art of the possible!
